Network Operations and Desktop Support (NetOps)
NetOps provides information technology
support for all UR departments.
They provide support for desktop computers and applications,
client/server computing, network monitoring and design. This includes
install of new hardware (computers, printers, and scanners); develop
user documentation and provide training; analyze application needs;
identify and recommend software, hardware and network upgrades;
and providing information system management for University advancement
activities (including the AIS alumni/donor database).
